What the license covers

A one-time purchase for one gym on one computer, with lifetime access to the purchased desktop version. Future major versions, ongoing support duration and any additional services will be defined in the final offer.

Activation and internet

The planned licensed release requires an internet connection for initial activation and approved computer transfers. Everyday use is offline. WhatsApp follow-ups need internet. A purchase becomes downloadable only after payment is confirmed and its license is issued.

Your computer and backups

The planned installers target Windows 10/11 x64 and macOS on Apple Silicon. Check the final release requirements before purchasing. Keep your gym database backed up on a separate drive. Licensing does not include cloud backup or recovery of data from a failed drive.

Changing computers

Support-approved license transfers are planned for genuine computer replacement. Purchase verification is required. Transferring a license does not transfer your gym database; restore an external backup on the replacement computer.

Payments and refunds

Razorpay will process payments. The final price and total payable will appear before you pay. The refund and cancellation policy, seller identity and support contact must be finalised before checkout is enabled. No refund period or eligibility is promised by this preview.

Keeping your purchase

Save the purchase details provided after payment. They contain your activation code, order reference and a private key to recover downloads. Keep them private and separate from your gym’s data backups.
