Your gym records stay with you.

The desktop app stores members, attendance and gym payments in a database on your computer. Those records are not sent to this website or the licensing service. Keep separate backups and protect access to your computer and backup drive.

Purchase information

When checkout opens, the storefront will collect your name, gym name, email, computer platform and purchase acceptance. It stores an order number, payment reference, amount and license-delivery status to fulfil your purchase and support downloads.

Payment details

Razorpay handles payment information in its secure checkout. This website does not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking password. See Razorpay’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

License delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your purchase details are shared with our licensing service to issue the correct GymTendo license. Computer activation is handled by that service and the desktop app.

Essential browser storage

An HttpOnly purchase cookie lets you reopen your purchase in the same browser for up to 30 days. A private download recovery key lets you regain access from your saved purchase file. The website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting and payment providers may process operational data required to run their services.

Requests and retention

Final seller contact information, retention periods and the process for access or deletion requests must be provided before checkout is opened.
